Fresco! Café opened its doors in 1995 and quickly became one of Santa Barbara’s most popular restaurants. Fresco Catering quickly grew from the original restaurant maintaining exceptional attention to quality and culinary mastery.

Fresco founder Jill Brouillard has partnered with long time Fresco! Catering chefs Heather Story and Sarah Dandona to form Omni Fresco Catering, proudly offering Santa Barbara the finest in full service catering for events of all sizes. With an expanded menu and professional event staffing, Omni Fresco has earned its reputation for being the “Best Caterer” of Santa Barbara.

Sarah Dandona received her degree in economics from UCLA, but her lifelong passion for cooking soon led her to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where she graduated with honors. Sarah will work closely with you to bring personalized, professional and focused attention to your event.

Heather Story, a graduate of the culinary program at Santa Barbara City College, has been creating memorable meals for Omni Fresco clients for the past nine years. She brings her culinary versatility and artistry to the Omni Fresco kitchen, consistently earning our catering services the prestigious “best of” award in Santa Barbara.

Jill Brouillard founded Fresco Catering fourteen years ago from her restaurant Fresco Cafe. Over the years Fresco Catering has grown and evolved into a full service catering company. With over thirty five years in the food business, Jill has a unique ability to sense a client’s needs and to respond to their requests.
