Menu prices quoted are not inclusive of current Santa Barbara sales tax. Omni Fresco does not
charge corkage or cake cutting fees. A deposit of 25% is due upon on signing of a contract. Full payment on catering is due before
day of the event. Labor bill will be presented on the day of event. Arrangements may be made for payment on the next working day.
Payment may be made with cash, credit card or check.
Some events require labor on site, in which case, a fee will be charged as follows:

A fee will be charged for delivery and pick-up of food and serviceware.
Omni Fresco will set-up, free of charge, buffets for all parties. A fee will apply for decoration
of the buffet, including risers, props and additional décor.
Omni Fresco can provide all non alcoholic beverages and Omni Fresco staff will serve any
alcoholic and soft beverages that client provides to the site. Omni Fresco staff reserves the right to stop alcoholic beverage
service to any guest who has consumed an excessive amount of liquor. Omni Fresco can provide coffee service, including regular,
decaf, cream and sugar at $2.00/pp/client.
Omni Fresco works with all the party rental companies in town. Once we create a menu for our clients, we send out a bid.
With approval from the client, Omni Fresco can work directly with the rental company, or can help the client create a
rental list.
Client is responsible for arranging of any trash removal from event site. Trash will be picked up, bagged,
and set in a pre determined location on the site.
Parties cancelled 90 days prior to Event will receive Refund of Deposit minus 20% cancellation fee. Any cancellation
made within 90 days of function date will forfeit deposit.
