As promised in our last post, I wanted to share this fabulous station that guests can’t get enough of. Interactive stations during cocktail hour provide the perfect backdrop for creating conversations and impressing guests. This station offers not only delicious flavors, but a stunning presentation as well.

Our chef makes fresh mozzarella in front of guests, so yes, FRESH fresh mozzarella to pair with some fantastic produce, oils, vinegars and salt.

As guests arrive at the station, they watch how fresh mozzarella is made while building their own caprese salad.

We provide grilled crostini, beautiful heirloom tomatoes, roasted eggplant, Genoa salami, Prosciutto and fresh basil pesto. Guests pair their choices with fresh-made warm mozzarella. After choosing their favorite ingredients, it’s finishing time which means choosing from gourmet assorted oils, vinegars and salts.

At this particular event, we offered extra virgin olive oil, Sunstone Blood Orange Oil, Sunstone Roasted Garlic Oil, Balsamic Reduction and Sunstone Pomegranate Balsamic alongside Himalayan Pink Salt, Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper.
